Stella-Jones, based in Lenexa, KS and a manufacturer of pressure treated wood products, has hired union-busting consultant Gerald O'Brien to union-bust workers organizing with IAM.
According to documents reviewed by LaborLab, it appears that O'Brien was subcontracted by CACR Labor Education Services.
On March 1, 2022, LaborLab brought attention to the fact that Gerald O'Brien recently filed legally required paperwork over a year late with the Department of Labor.
