Starbucks missed the deadline to send a union its arguments for opposing representation election petitions for workers at six upstate New York stores, according to a National Labor Relations Board regional director's order obtained by Law360 on Tuesday, saying a Microsoft Outlook crash did not excuse the untimely filing.
